      Paying for Your Order

      ClearPath Signage Systems currently accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® Card, and American Express® credit cards and debit cards. Generally, credit cards and debit cards are not charged until we ship the ordered product(s) to you. However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.

      Validating Your Order

      After you place an order, we will validate your order by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us or to limit quantities on any order for any or no reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information that you provided with the order.

      Order Acceptance/Confirmation

      Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ClearPath Signage Systems reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any or no reason.

      Sales Tax

      Return Policy

      Accounts, Passwords and Security

      For Preferred Partners to place an order through the web site, you will need to open an account to establish a user ID and a password.     Indemnity

    You agree to defend, indemnify and hold ClearPath Signage Systems, its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners and any licensees or licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by a third party, relating to or arising from your use of the Clear-Path.com site.

    Governing Law

    You agree that your use of the Clear-Path.com site and these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. You and ClearPath Signage Systems agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Hancock, State of Ohio, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy, and agree to waive any objection to such personal jurisdiction or venue. Any claim under these Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever barred.

    Waiver

    The failure of ClearPath Signage Systems to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

    Severability

    If any term, clause or provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or operation of any other term, clause or provision and such invalid term, clause or provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intention of the Agreement.

    Integration

    These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and ClearPath Signage Systems, govern your use of the Clear-Path.com site, and revoke and supersede all prior agreements between you and ClearPath Signage Systems.
